Ruby Receptionists
I took on the role of project manager for the Ruby Receptionist Careers Site launched in December of 2017. Working alongside the Employee Engagement department, Talent department, and our external agency, I put together a five-page "micro" site for our job applicants. My role was to work on overall design with our agency, coordinate between teams, write and edit copy, and work with our on-staff designer on the visuals.

Our goals included giving applicants insights into Ruby's culture, kicking off employer branding initiatives, and giving the talent department a portal to send applicants through.

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST EBOOK
Ruby Receptionistions
Acknowledging a gap in Ruby's assets, I created an ebook designed to educate our audience at a very high level. This ebook is focused on exploring the virtual receptionist concept and how Ruby's service can be used. It lives on the Ruby Resource Library, is distributed via newsletter and email, is a key resource in our nurture campaigns, and will be used for future projects.

I created the initial draft of the ebook and designed it in layout. It was then reviewed and edited by my peers before publish.
RUBY EVENTS PAGE
Ruby Receptionists
I worked collaboratively with Ruby stakeholders and our external website agency to create a new Ruby-appropriate events webpage. The goal of this page was to design somewhere customers and partners could to see Ruby events, webinars, tradeshows we're attending, and careers events.

REPUTATION MANAGEMENT REDESIGN

In this role I took the lead in rethinking how we approached reputation management—including a complete redesign of our reputation management landing pages. These pages were designed purposefully to drive positive reviews and limit negative ones.
CLIENT LANDING PAGE CREATION

During my time at Adpearance I managed 30+ SEO clients at a time. Each month I created 1-3 custom, search engine friendly landing pages based on relevant topics with high search volume.
SOCIAL CLIENT SPOTLIGHT

Using a budget of $250 a month I was able to drastically increase monthly engagement and increase YOY page likes by 53%.
LEAD NURTURE STRATEGY
Tripwire
During my time at Tripwire I worked to adjust our strategy and move from batch and blast emails to an intelligent lead nurture strategy. This new campaign strategy was an effective way to utilize assets and move potential customers through the lead cycle in Marketo.
